Trackr is a job application tracking tool with AI-powered features, including CV tailoring, salary intelligence, and interview preparation. The service is currently in beta and is provided to help you organise and improve your job search.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Trackr.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Trackr for personal job search tracking.
- Do not abuse the AI features, including excessive automated requests, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. AI features disclaimer
- AI-generated content — including CV suggestions, salary estimates, and interview preparation — is advisory only.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI suggestions before using them in real applications.
6. Intellectual property
- Trackr and its design are our property.
- Your data — applications, CV text, and notes — remains yours.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service to you.
7. Beta service
- Trackr is currently in beta.
- Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
- The service is provided “as is” during beta.
- We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime.
8. Limitation of liability
- Trackr is a tracking and advisory tool.
- We are not responsible for job application outcomes.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid (currently zero during beta).
9. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to terms
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
